How To Gain Influence In Your Business or Network Marketing Company

If you are just starting off in your business you will have very little or no influence to your market.  That is ok, all the "TOP DOGS" out there that are making loads of money had to start somewhere.  This does not mean that you have to stay where your are with little to no influence in your business. You must start gaining influence in your business, to start getting qualified customers and to start getting more sales in your business.  In this post I will show you how to start gaining influence in your business.

 One of the most important  things needed to be done to start gaining influence in your business while just starting out is finding leaders in your industry that are where you desire to be.  Amazing leaders that share value will tell you what they have done to get to where they are today.  Most times they will not show you exactly what they did without putting a price tag on it, but they will share with you some of their struggles and ways that they overcame them.  Pay close attention to those leaders, follow them on social media, research their history and their career. If those leaders that you find are legit, invest in a book or course that they offer.  You will be surprised at how much you will learn and how much it will change your business once you implement their strategies.  When I started following leaders in my industry and purchasing their products, my business started flourishing and I started learning what they know.  For the leaders that you choose to follow and support, use their achievements as a benchmark for yourself to reach for and also learn from their mistakes.  Another tip for gaining influence in your industry is narrowing your focus.  Focus on yourself, your strengths and weaknesses.  Make sure you know your expertise, what are you good at?  When you thoroughly understand what your purpose is the things that you still need to learn will become a gift within you.  Hone in on what your passionate about, run with that passion and learn a way that you can implement it in your business.
